Need a Warranty?

Before a warranty claim can be approved, the battery must be tested. Battery testing is available at most automotive parts stores and battery retailers.

Please provide a clear photo or video of the battery test results showing the condition of the battery. Once the testing information has been received, our Customer Service Team will review the claim and determine warranty eligibility.

In some cases, additional testing, photos, information, or return of the battery may be required before a replacement can be authorized.

Proof of Purchase

Proof of purchase should be provided whenever possible.

If proof of purchase is unavailable, we may be able to use the engraved, stamped, or otherwise identifiable manufacturing date code on certain SLA batteries to help determine warranty eligibility.

The manufacturing date code does not guarantee warranty coverage, and we reserve the right to request additional information or deny a warranty claim when the original purchase date or warranty eligibility cannot be reasonably verified.

Warranty Claims After 30 Days

Claims made within the first 30 days after delivery may qualify for replacement or other resolution after basic troubleshooting and verification.

For claims submitted more than 30 days after delivery, the battery may need to be returned for inspection and testing before the warranty claim can be approved.

Please do not return a battery without first contacting our Customer Service Team and receiving return instructions.

Important Warranty Information

All warranty claims are subject to verification and approval. Warranty coverage applies to qualifying defects or premature battery failure under normal intended use.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage or failure caused by misuse, improper installation, physical damage, improper charging, overcharging, excessive discharge, neglect, modification, incorrect application, accident, or other conditions outside of normal intended use.

Replacement batteries provided under warranty are subject to the terms of the original warranty and do not automatically restart the original warranty period.
