Warranty Information

No Registration Required:
You don't need to register your purchase for warranty purposes. However, we strongly recommend keeping your proof of purchase to exercise warranty rights in the future.

Battery Testing Requirement:
For warranty claims, a testing ticket for the battery in question is mandatory. Battery testing is available at most auto-part stores. Please have the battery tested and provide us with a picture or video showing the results. This is all we ask you to do in order for us to provide you with a brand-new battery. 

Proof of Purchase:
If you don't have proof of purchase, we may use the engraved or stamped date code on top of SLA batteries as evidence for warranty dates.

Warranty Limitations:
We reserve the right to refuse warranty claims without proof of purchase. Orders placed after 30 days of receipt may need to be sent back for approval under warranty.

Warranty Periods for Specific Battery Types:

• AGM Batteries:
  • 4-YEAR WARRANTY!
    • 35 months: Free replacement.
    • Months 36-48: 50% prorated.
• Banshee Lithium Powersports/Motorcycle Batteries:
  • 2-Year Warranty
• Banshee Lithium Marine Batteries:
  • 5-Year Warranty
• Banshee AGM and EFB Marine Batteries:
  • 2-Year Warranty
