If a product you've purchased from BansheeBatteries.com doesn't meet your expectations, you're welcome to return it by mail within 30 days of receiving it. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service at 815-467-6464.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product you received is incorrect, damaged, or defective. We provide prepaid return labels exclusively for items that were shipped in error. These prepaid labels are valid for 30 days from the date of issue; they will expire thereafter. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees if the item was not shipped incorrectly. A restocking fee may apply if items are returned in functional condition despite claims of being defective.
