Due to various item availabilities and warehouse locations, your order might be delivered in multiple shipments. Rest assured, we will not charge extra for split shipments. The invoice you receive will indicate which items are being shipped separately.

Damaged or Defective Items

Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may return it either in-store or by mail within 30 days of receipt, unless specified otherwise.


Warranty Information

No Registration Required:
You don't need to register your purchase for warranty purposes. However, we strongly recommend keeping your proof of purchase to exercise warranty rights in the future.

Proof of Purchase:
If you don't have proof of purchase, we may use the engraved or stamped date code on top of SLA batteries as evidence for warranty dates.

Warranty Limitations:
We reserve the right to refuse warranty claims without proof of purchase. Orders placed after 30 days of receipt may need to be sent back for approval under warranty.
